My interest in UX started with a conversation that changed how I saw design. I realized it was never just about making screens look good it was about shaping how people understand, trust, and move through a product.

My approach to design starts with empathy, but it does not stop there. I listen closely, question assumptions, and look for the moments where users feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed. Those moments matter to me because they often reveal where design can make the biggest difference.

I care deeply about the small details because they often decide whether an experience feels confusing or effortless. That mindset helps me design with purpose, clarity, and a strong focus on real user needs.

My UX Design Philosophy
Design grows through feedback.
My design philosophy is simple: understand people deeply, design with intention, and improve without ego. I see UX as a continuous learning system where research reveals real user needs, design translates them into usable experiences, and feedback : especially uncomfortable feedback, exposes the gaps worth solving. I don't design to defend ideas; I design to make products clearer, stronger, and more useful for the people using them.

My UX Expertise
Evidence-Led UX Research
I uncover user needs through interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and behavior analysis, then turn those insights into clear product decisions.

Strategic Product Design
I design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that connect user goals with business outcomes and real product constraints.

Feedback-Driven Iteration
I use critique, testing, and negative feedback to identify friction, refine design decisions, and improve the experience without getting attached to the first idea.

Experience That Shaped My Product Thinking
May 2023 — Dec 2024
Infinity Productions
Product Designer
At Infinity Productions, I worked on website redesign projects with a stronger focus on business goals, stakeholder needs, and user clarity. My role involved improving the overall user experience, refining CTA strategy, strengthening visual consistency, and creating high-fidelity Figma prototypes for clearer web interactions. I also worked on a sister company website from scratch, moving from wireframes to iterative design decisions based on feedback. This experience taught me how to balance user needs, business priorities, and client feedback in a practical product environment.

Infosys
Associate Business Analyst
I supported enterprise product workflows across SAP, Workday, and Azure migration environments, translating business requirements into user-centered solutions. My role connected UX thinking with system logic — improving workflow efficiency, reducing user errors, supporting UAT/SIT cycles, and helping teams make better product decisions through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
